Ever want to learn how to protect yourself?

Come along and join Walker Fitness where your kids could join the kids karate class or adults could join the adults karate class on Thursday.

You can learn how to defend yourself, important karate moves, break fall drills and how to get out of a situation. You can also earn different coloured belts at different achievements.


We also have an adults kickboxing class on Thursday. If you would like to join kickboxing make sure you bring your drink bottle, a skipping rope and some boxing gloves. If you don’t have a skipping rope or some boxing gloves we have some to spare for the night.


Kids karate 7-12 years 5:00- 5:45 on Thursday

Adults karate 13 and above 5:45- 6:30 on Thursday

Adults kickboxing 13 and above 6:30- 7:30 on Thursday
