Personal Training Now Available At Walker fitness
Stephen now has his accreditation for personal training. Steve can design a program to suit your needs whether you want to lose weight or increase your cardiovascular level. Stephen has been in the fitness industry for many years and has a huge amount of knowledge with weight training, cardio training and self defence training.
This is Steve’s first personal training client. Paul currently trains with Steve at Allstars Hallam Self defence classes in Karate and Kick Boxing. Paul is wanting to get some extra cardio and strength training so Steve has designed a program for Paul and has also given Paul some ideas on nutrition to help with his training.
